THe OurDough Story

Kenny, the baker, in an apron is lifting a large piece of dough in the bakery.

Meet Kenny, the heart and soul of Ourdough.

With the friendship and support of Mikey and Joe they have made Ourdough a reality.

His philosophy is "Never Stop Exploring". It is a philosophy he picked up under the mentorship of "Mikey" Seferyński who he originally met whilst working as an agency chef at The Grove in Watford and later joined The Griffin in Amersham when Mikey was the head chef. During this time a great friendship was formed.

Kenny's interest in baking started back in 2014 with his unique starter that has travelled across Europe and back, giving Ourdough one of its unique characteristics.

With an interest in baking sparked in 2012, by a tutorial from Mikey and further developed his interest with Croissants and other Viennoiseries following attending Richard Bertinet's course.

A keen snowboarder and family man, with Ourdough being family business.
