This website is operated by Ourdough Bakery Ltd (trading as “Ourdough Bakery”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ourdough Bakery Ltd.

Ourdough Bakery offers this website, including all information, products, services, tools, workshops and masterclasses (collectively, the “Service”), subject to your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or

  • you have permission from a parent or legal guardian

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We sell:

  • fresh baked goods

  • pre-orders

  • workshops and masterclasses

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products without notice.

3. FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Our products are prepared in an environment that handles allergens, including but not limited to:

  • gluten (wheat, rye, barley)

  • milk

  • eggs

  • nuts

  • sesame

We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • reviewing product descriptions

  • contacting us before ordering if they have allergies

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • change prices at any time

  • correct pricing errors

Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders

  • limit quantities per customer

  • cancel orders due to errors or availability

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

6. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Delivery and collection details are provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • provide correct contact details

  • be available for delivery or collection

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances outside our control.

7. WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES

Booking

  • Full payment is required in advance

  • Places are limited

Cancellations

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before the start date: full refund

  • Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable

You may send a replacement attendee at no extra charge.

Our cancellation

If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered:

  • an alternative date, or

  • a full refund

We are not responsible for third-party costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do not guarantee that website content is always accurate or current.

Information is provided for general guidance only and may be updated without notice.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. USER CONTENT
